(a) \"Personal vehicle\", for purposes of sections 13.5, 16, 19, and 20 of this chapter, IC 8-2.1-19, and IC 8-2.1-19.1, means a vehicle that is:\n(1) used by a TNC driver to provide a prearranged ride;\n(2) owned, leased, or otherwise authorized for use by the TNC driver; and\n(3) not a taxicab, limousine, or other for hire vehicle.\n(b) \"Personal vehicle\", for purposes of sections 5.2, 5.4, and 5.7 of this chapter and IC 8-2.1-19.3, means a vehicle that is:\n(1) used by a DNC driver to provide delivery services through a digital network; and\n(2) owned, leased, or otherwise authorized for use by a DNC driver.","path":["TITLE 8.
