{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-8-2.1-17-16","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 8-2.1-17-16","heading":"\"Taxicab\"","body":"Sec. 16. \"Taxicab\" means a motor vehicle that:\n(1) is designed and constructed to accommodate and transport not more than six (6) passengers in addition to the driver;\n(2) does not operate over any definite and designated routes within the corporate boundaries of a city or town and the suburban territory of a city or town; and\n(3) transports passengers to the destination designated by the passengers at the time of their transportation.\nThe term does not include a personal vehicle operated by a TNC driver.","path":["TITLE 8.
