The department shall issue a permit to a TNC that satisfies the following requirements:\n(1) Establishes a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use under section 6 of this chapter.\n(2) Requires compliance with applicable vehicle requirements under section 7 of this chapter.\n(3) Imposes motor vehicle insurance requirements that meet or exceed the requirements under section 8 of this chapter.\n(4) Establishes fare guidelines under section 13 of this chapter.\n(5) Establishes a privacy policy under section 14 of this chapter.\n(6) Adopts nondiscrimination and accessibility policies under section 15 of this chapter.\n(7) Establishes record maintenance guidelines under section 16 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 8.
