This chapter applies to the following:\n(1) Each county having a consolidated city.\n(2) Each city having a population of more than sixty-nine thousand (69,000) and less than sixty-nine thousand five hundred (69,500).\n(3) Each county having a population of more than one hundred thousand (100,000) and less than one hundred ten thousand (110,000).\n(4) Each county having a population of more than three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) and less than four hundred thousand (400,000).\n(5) Each county having a population of more than one hundred eighty thousand (180,000) and less than one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000).\n(6) Each county having a population of more than one hundred ten thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred twelve thousand (112,000).\n(7) Each city having a population of more than fifty-four thousand (54,000) and less than fifty-eight thousand (58,000).","path":["TITLE 8.
