(a) The department shall develop a program to coordinate the efficient and cost effective use of public rights-of-way by the department and utilities when the department undertakes an infrastructure improvement project.\n(b) A program developed under subsection (a) may require the department and utilities to share the following information:\n(1) Active construction and excavation permits.\n(2) Locations of existing utility facilities.\n(3) Short and long term project schedules.\n(c) The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.","path":["TITLE 8.
