The department, a CMGC, or a PDB may terminate a contract as follows:\n(1) For a contract with a CMGC:\n(A) at any time under phase one; or\n(B) in accordance with the provisions provided in the request for proposals under phase two;\nof the contract.\n(2) For a contract with a PDB, in accordance with the provisions provided in the request for proposals.","path":["TITLE 8.
