(a) \"Private bus\" means a motor vehicle that is:\n(1) designed to transport more than thirteen (13) passengers, including the driver; and\n(2) used by any of the following:\n(A) A religious, fraternal, charitable, or benevolent organization.\n(B) A nonprofit youth organization.\n(C) A public or private postsecondary educational institution.\n(b) The term includes:\n(1) the chassis;\n(2) the body; or\n(3) both the body and the chassis;\nof the vehicle.\n(c) The term does not include the following:\n(1) A school bus.\n(2) A for-hire bus.","path":["TITLE 9.
