{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-9-13-2-150","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 9-13-2-150","heading":"\"Recreational vehicle\"","body":"Sec. 150. (a) \"Recreational vehicle\" means a vehicle with or without motive power equipped exclusively for living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways. The term:\n(1) does not include:\n(A) a truck camper; or\n(B) a mobile structure (as defined in IC 22-12-1-17); and\n(2) does include a vehicle that:\n(A) is designed and marketed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, travel, or seasonal use;\n(B) is not permanently affixed to real property for use as a permanent dwelling;\n(C) is built on a single chassis and mounted on wheels;\n(D) does not exceed four hundred (400) square feet of gross area; and\n(E) is certified by the manufacturer as complying with the American National Standards Institute A119.5 standard.\nA vehicle described in this subdivision may commonly be referred to as a \"park model RV\".\n(b) \"Recreational vehicle\", for purposes of IC 9-32-19, includes a motor home, fifth wheel travel trailer, park model trailer, travel trailer, camping trailer, and truck camper.","path":["TITLE 9.
