(a) \"Established place of business\" means premises owned or leased and continuously occupied by a dealer licensed or applying to be licensed under IC 9-32 for the primary purpose of the business activity for which the dealer is licensed or applying to be licensed that:\n(1) contains a permanent enclosed building or structure for the purpose of carrying out the business for which the dealer is licensed or applying to be licensed under IC 9-32; and\n(2) meets any additional requirements established by IC 9-32 or rules adopted by the secretary under IC 4-22-2.\n(b) The term does not include a residence, tent, temporary stand, or permanent quarters temporarily occupied.","path":["TITLE 9.
