{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-9-13-2-77","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 9-13-2-77","heading":"\"Implement of agriculture\"","body":"Sec. 77. \"Implement of agriculture\" means the following:\n(1) Agricultural implements, pull type and self-propelled, that are used for the:\n(A) transport;\n(B) delivery;\n(C) application; or\n(D) harvest;\nof crop inputs, including seed, fertilizers, and crop protection products.\n(2) Vehicles that:\n(A) are designed or adapted and used exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, or livestock raising operations; and\n(B) are not primarily operated on or moved along a highway.\n(3) Vehicles that are designed to lift, carry, or transport:\n(A) an agricultural implement described in subdivision (1); or\n(B) a vehicle described in subdivision (2).","path":["TITLE 9.
