The commission board shall do the following:\n(1) Recommend legislation needed to operate the license branches.\n(2) Recommend rules needed to operate the license branches.\n(3) Review budget proposals for the commission and the license branches operated under IC 9-14.1, including the budget required by IC 9-14.1-5-4 and IC 9-14.1-5-5.\n(4) Establish the determination criteria and determine the number and location of license branches to be operated under IC 9-14.1.\n(5) Establish and adopt minimum standards for the operation and maintenance of each physical or virtual location at which services are provided by a full service provider or partial services provider under IC 9-14.1.\n(6) Administer the commission fund established under IC 9-14-14-1.\n(7) Establish and maintain an audit working group composed of two (2) board members of the commission, excluding the commissioner, who are selected by and may be dismissed by the commissioner. A meeting of the audit working group is not subject to IC 5-14-1.5.\n(8) Approve an internal audit charter and an audit plan at least one (1) time each year.","path":["TITLE 9.
