(a) The fee for a certified copy of a record maintained by the bureau under this chapter is as follows:\n(1) For a record that is generated by the bureau's computer systems, including a driving record, four dollars ($4) for each certified copy requested.\n(2) For a record that is not generated by the bureau's computer systems, eight dollars ($8) for each certified copy requested.\n(b) A fee imposed under this section:\n(1) is instead of the uniform copying fee established under IC 5-14-3-8; and\n(2) shall be deposited in the motor vehicle highway account.","path":["TITLE 9.
