The fund consists of the following:\n(1) Amounts deposited in the fund under this title.\n(2) Money deposited in the fund under IC 9-29-1-5 (before its repeal).\n(3) Money deposited in the fund from any other source.\n(b) All money in the motor vehicle odometer fund shall be allocated each July as follows:\n(1) Forty percent (40%) is to be deposited in the motor vehicle highway account (IC 8-14-1).\n(2) Thirty percent (30%) is to be appropriated to the bureau for use in enforcing odometer laws.\n(3) Twenty percent (20%) is to be appropriated to the state police for use in enforcing odometer laws.\n(4) Ten percent (10%) is to be appropriated to the attorney general for use in enforcing odometer laws.","path":["TITLE 9.
