(a) Except as provided in IC 9-33-3 and subsection (b), a person is not entitled to a refund of any unused registration fees.\n(b) The bureau may establish administrative procedures to provide for:\n(1) a refund; or\n(2) a credit;\nof registration fees imposed under this article if a person that has registered a vehicle changes the vehicle registration from registration under any other law to registration under the International Registration Plan.","path":["TITLE 9.
