The fee to register a motorcycle or motor driven cycle is twenty-six dollars and thirty-five cents ($26.35). The fee shall be distributed as follows:\n(1) Twenty-five cents ($0.25) to the state construction fund.\n(2) Thirty cents ($0.30) to the spinal cord and brain injury fund.\n(3) Fifty cents ($0.50) to the state motor vehicle technology fund.\n(4) Two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90) to the highway, road and street fund.\n(5) Four dollars ($4) to the crossroads 2000 fund.\n(6) One dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) to the emergency communications fund.\n(7) Three dollars and ten cents ($3.10) to the commission fund.\n(8) Seven dollars ($7) to the motorcycle operator safety education fund.\n(9) Any remaining amount to the motor vehicle highway account.","path":["TITLE 9.
