A person may not operate a vehicle on a highway:\n(1) that is not qualified to register as a recovery vehicle under this chapter; and\n(2) for the purpose of lifting and pulling:\n(A) a disabled;\n(B) a wrecked;\n(C) an abandoned;\n(D) an improperly parked; or\n(E) a burnt;\nvehicle.\nA person that violates this section commits a Class C infraction.","path":["TITLE 9.
