(a) Except as provided in sections 3.5 and 3.6 of this chapter, a civic event license plate issued under this chapter is supplemental to a license plate displayed on a vehicle otherwise registered or in the inventory of a dealer licensed under IC 9-32 or a manufacturer.\n(b) Proof:\n(1) of registration; or\n(2) for a manufacturer or a dealer licensed under IC 9-32, of ownership;\nmust be in the vehicle at all times.","path":["TITLE 9.
