The education license plate shall be designed and issued as a special group recognition license plate under IC 9-18.5-12 and must include the following:\n(1) A basic design for the plate, with consecutive numbers or letters, or both, to properly identify the vehicle.\n(2) A background design, an emblem, or colors that designate the license plate as an education license plate.\n(3) Any other information the bureau considers necessary.","path":["TITLE 9.
