A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a state educational institution trust license plate upon doing the following:\n(1) Completing an application for a state educational institution trust license plate.\n(2) Designating the state educational institution trust special group license plate desired.\n(3) Paying the fees under section 4 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 9.
