(a) License plates shall be issued to the following:\n(1) Members of the general assembly.\n(2) Spouses of members of the general assembly.\n(3) Other state officials who receive special license plates on an annual basis.\n(b) A license plate issued under this chapter may also be issued to a company or business owned by a person described in subsection (a).\n(c) A license plate issued under this chapter may be designed in an alternate color scheme version.\n(d) A license plate issued under this chapter that is designed in an alternate color scheme version is subject to the fee described in IC 9-18.5-2-8(3).","path":["TITLE 9.
