(a) The bureau may not require a person, at the time of the renewal of:\n(1) a registration for a collector vehicle under IC 9-18.1-5-5;\n(2) a historic vehicle license plate under section 2 of this chapter; or\n(3) an authentic license plate under section 3 of this chapter;\nto appear in person to affirm that the collector vehicle meets the requirements of IC 9-13-2-28.4.\n(b) The bureau may require a person to appear in person for an initial inspection to determine the authenticity of an Indiana license plate from the model year of a collector vehicle under section 4(c) of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 9.
