A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a semiquincentennial license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:\n(1) Completing an application for a semiquincentennial license plate.\n(2) Paying the fee under section 5 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 9.
