(a) The fee for a license plate issued under this chapter is eight dollars ($8).\n(b) A fee collected under subsection (a) shall be distributed as follows:\n(1) Twenty-five cents ($0.25) to the state construction fund.\n(2) Fifty cents ($0.50) to the state motor vehicle technology fund.\n(3) One dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) to the emergency communications fund.\n(4) Five dollars ($5) to the commission fund.\n(5) Any remaining amount to the motor vehicle highway account.","path":["TITLE 9.
