Except as otherwise provided in section 4 of this chapter, a person may not operate a tractor-mobile home rig on a highway unless the person has a permit to operate the rig from:\n(1) the Indiana department of transportation; or\n(2) an agency or a political subdivision of the state designated by the Indiana department of transportation to issue permits.","path":["TITLE 9.
