A motor driven cycle may not be operated under any of the following conditions:\n(1) By an individual less than fifteen (15) years of age.\n(2) By an individual who does not have:\n(A) an unexpired identification card with a motor driven cycle endorsement issued to the individual by the bureau under IC 9-24-16;\n(B) a valid driver's license; or\n(C) a valid learner's permit.\n(3) On an interstate highway or a sidewalk.\n(4) At a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.\n(5) The vehicle has not been registered as a motor driven cycle.","path":["TITLE 9.
