A person may lead a vehicle platoon in Indiana if:\n(1) the person or the organization with which the person is associated has filed a plan for general vehicle platoon operations with the Indiana department of transportation;\n(2) the Indiana department of transportation has not rejected the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana; and\n(3) the person leads the vehicle platoon in accordance with the plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana.","path":["TITLE 9.
