{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-9-21-4-20","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 9-21-4-20","heading":"Highway worksites; signage","body":"Sec. 20. (a) For purposes of this section, \"highway worksite\" has the meaning set forth in IC 8-23-2-15.\n(b) The Indiana department of transportation shall design and manufacture or have manufactured signs that inform vehicle operators of the offenses and penalties under:\n(1) IC 8-23-32;\n(2) IC 9-21-5-11; and\n(3) IC 9-21-8-56.\n(c) A sign described in subsection (b) shall be posted at a reasonable distance before a highway worksite by:\n(1) the Indiana department of transportation;\n(2) a political subdivision; or\n(3) a contractor of the:\n(A) Indiana department of transportation; or\n(B) political subdivision;\nthat is working at the highway worksite.\nA sign that is posted before a highway worksite must be posted in accordance with the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices or the Indiana Work Site Traffic Control Manual.","path":["TITLE 9.
