The rules for construction of private drives and controlling the cutting of curbs in cities and any other rules of statewide application that are:\n(1) not evidenced by official signs or markings;\n(2) made by the Indiana department of transportation; and\n(3) not authorized by this article but authorized by other statutes;\nshall be adopted under IC 4-22-2.","path":["TITLE 9.
