(a) A person may not drive a vehicle when any of the following conditions exist:\n(1) The vehicle:\n(A) is loaded in a manner; or\n(B) has more than three (3) persons in the front seat;\nso as to obstruct the view of the person who drives the vehicle to the front or sides of the vehicle.\n(2) The vehicle:\n(A) is loaded in a manner; or\n(B) has more than three (3) persons in the front seat;\nso as to interfere with the person's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.\n(b) A passenger in a vehicle may not do the following:\n(1) Ride in a position that interferes with the view ahead or to the sides of the person who drives the vehicle.\n(2) Interfere with the person's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.","path":["TITLE 9.
