(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) or as provided in sections 35, 50, 52, 55, 56, and 58 of this chapter, a person who violates this chapter commits a Class C infraction.\n(b) Except as provided in sections 35, 50, 52, 55, 56, 58, and 59 of this chapter, a person who violates this chapter in a manner that results in bodily injury to a person commits a Class A infraction.","path":["TITLE 9.
