The following are not liable for loss or damage to a vehicle or parts occurring during the removal or storage of a vehicle or parts under this chapter:\n(1) A person who owns, leases, or occupies property from which an abandoned vehicle or its contents or parts are removed.\n(2) A public agency.\n(3) A towing service.\n(4) An automobile scrapyard.\n(5) A storage yard.\n(6) An agent of a person or entity listed in subdivisions (1) through (5).","path":["TITLE 9.
