A landowner who finds a manufactured home that the landowner believes to be abandoned on property the landowner owns or controls, including:\n(1) a mobile home community (as defined in IC 16-41-27-5); or\n(2) rental property;\nmay sell or salvage the manufactured home if the manufactured home has been left without permission on the landowner's property for at least thirty (30) days.
