A person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter may recover the actual damages sustained, together with costs and reasonable attorney's fees. In the court's discretion the court may increase the award of damages to:\n(1) an amount not to exceed three (3) times the actual damages sustained; or\n(2) two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500);\nwhichever is greater.","path":["TITLE 9.
