(a) The bureau may waive:\n(1) up to six (6) months of the age requirement;\n(2) any of the experience or practice and driving requirements; or\n(3) the requirements described in both subdivisions (1) and (2);\nfor an individual making an application for the individual's driver's license due to hardship conditions.\n(b) The bureau shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to state the conditions under which the requirements may be waived under subsection (a).","path":["TITLE 9.
