(a) The bureau shall develop and implement a commercial driver's license program to:\n(1) issue commercial driver's licenses, commercial learner's permits, and related endorsements and restrictions; and\n(2) regulate persons required to hold a commercial driver's license.\n(b) Subject to IC 8-2.1-24-18, the program under subsection (a) must include procedures required to comply with 49 CFR 383 through 49 CFR 399.\n(c) The bureau may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.","path":["TITLE 9.
