(a) A person that violates or fails to comply with an out-of-service order is subject to a civil penalty in accordance with federal law.\n(b) A civil penalty assessed under this section:\n(1) must be collected by the clerk of the court and transferred:\n(A) to the motor vehicle highway account; or\n(B) to the bureau for deposit in the motor vehicle highway account; and\n(2) is a judgment subject to proceedings supplemental by the bureau.","path":["TITLE 9.
