The person in charge of a garage or repair shop to which a motor vehicle that shows evidence of having been struck by a bullet is brought shall report to the state police department, within twenty-four (24) hours after the motor vehicle is received, the following information:\n(1) The engine number of the motor vehicle.\n(2) The registration number of the motor vehicle.\n(3) The name and address of the owner or operator of the motor vehicle.","path":["TITLE 9.
