(a) This section does not apply to the removal of a motor vehicle that constitutes a traffic hazard.\n(b) The operator of a motor vehicle that is used to remove a motor vehicle that caused damage to real or personal property, except a motor vehicle of another person as described in IC 9-26-1-1.1, shall give the notification required by IC 9-26-1-1.1 before removing the motor vehicle that caused the damage.\n(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 9.
