The commissioner shall appoint:\n(1) a program coordinator of the motorcycle operator safety education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who shall administer the motorcycle operator safety education program and conduct an annual evaluation; and\n(2) a training specialist of the motorcycle operator safety education program developed under section 3 of this chapter who shall:\n(A) establish approved motorcycle driver education and training courses throughout Indiana; and\n(B) supervise rider coach trainers and other personnel as necessary.\nThe training specialist must be a rider coach trainer and hold a valid license, including any necessary endorsements, to operate a motorcycle.","path":["TITLE 9.
