The commissioner shall administer the fund. The fund consists of money received from motorcycle registrations as provided under IC 9-18 (before its expiration) or IC 9-18.1-5-3. The money in the fund may be used for the administration of the program and expenses related to the program, including:\n(1) reimbursement for course sites;\n(2) rider coach trainer training;\n(3) purchase of equipment and course materials; and\n(4) technical assistance.","path":["TITLE 9.
