(a) The following are immune from civil liability for an act or omission occurring during a motorcycle operator safety education course that results in an injury or property damage:\n(1) The state of Indiana.\n(2) A regional training center contracted by the bureau or any other site approved by the commissioner to provide motorcycle driver education and training courses.\n(3) The owner of a site upon which a motorcycle operator safety education course is conducted.\n(4) An officer, agent, or employee of a person described in subdivisions (1) through (3).\n(b) The immunity described in subsection (a) does not apply if the person committed gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.","path":["TITLE 9.
