As used in this chapter, \"covered offense\" means the following:\n(1) An offense:\n(A) for which the offender's driving privileges may be suspended under IC 9-30-13; and\n(B) that involved the obstruction of traffic with or the operation of a motor vehicle with alcohol or a controlled substance listed in schedule I or II under IC 35-48-2 in the person's blood.\n(2) An offense described under IC 9-30-5 that involved operation of a vehicle with alcohol or a controlled substance listed under schedule I or II under IC 35-48-2.","path":["TITLE 9.
