If:\n(1) a case filed under IC 9-30-5 is terminated in favor of the defendant; and\n(2) the defendant's driving privileges were suspended under:\n(A) section 9(b) of this chapter; or\n(B) section 9(c) of this chapter;\nthe bureau shall remove any record of the suspension, including the reason for suspension, from the defendant's official driving record.","path":["TITLE 9.
