As used in this chapter, \"qualifying individual\" means an Indiana resident who:\n(1) is a consumer victim who:\n(A) purchased a vehicle for personal use; or\n(B) otherwise conducted business with a dealership;\n(2) is awarded restitution by a final judgment in a court with jurisdiction in Indiana in a case that:\n(A) is instituted or maintained by the office of the attorney general and involves a violation described in section 2(2)(A)(i) of this chapter; or\n(B) is awarded restitution by administrative order under IC 9-32-16-2; and\n(3) assists or otherwise cooperates with the secretary in the investigation or enforcement of the case.","path":["TITLE 9.
