(a) \"Personal information\" means information that identifies an individual, including an individual's:\n(1) digital photograph or image;\n(2) Social Security number;\n(3) driver's license or identification document number;\n(4) name;\n(5) address;\n(6) telephone number; or\n(7) medical or disability information.\n(b) The term does not include:\n(1) the name of a dealer owner;\n(2) the name of a representative of a:\n(A) manufacturer; or\n(B) distributor;\n(3) the name of the zoning official who signed a dealer license application or zoning affidavit related to a dealer license application;\n(4) the name of the lessor of a dealer's established place of business;\n(5) the name of a dealer's registered agent; or\n(6) the name, address, or telephone number of the established place of business of a:\n(A) business; or\n(B) dealer.","path":["TITLE 9.
