(a) \"Transfer dealer\" means a person that is not engaged in the business of selling motor vehicles but, as a result of the person's primary business, has cause to sell, offer to sell, or advertise for sale at least twelve (12) motor vehicles during a twelve (12) month period.\n(b) The term does not include:\n(1) a manufacturer;\n(2) a distributor;\n(3) a converter manufacturer;\n(4) a watercraft dealer;\n(5) an automotive mobility dealer;\n(6) an automotive auction;\n(7) a person engaged in the business of:\n(A) storing vehicles;\n(B) furnishing supplies for vehicles;\n(C) providing towing services for vehicles; or\n(D) repairing vehicles; or\n(8) a person whose primary business is selling motor vehicles.","path":["TITLE 9.
