(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), certificates of origin and assignments of certificates of origin must be in a form:\n(1) prescribed by the bureau; or\n(2) approved by the bureau.\n(b) A manufacturer's certificate of origin for a low speed vehicle must indicate that the motor vehicle is a low speed vehicle.","path":["TITLE 9.
