(a) A dealer may not knowingly or intentionally:\n(1) issue an altered interim license plate or an interim license plate with false or fictitious information;\n(2) alter a dealer license plate or use a dealer license plate that is false or fictitious; or\n(3) create, issue, display, or use an interim license plate or a reproduction of an interim license plate not issued by the secretary.\n(b) A dealer that violates this section commits a Class A infraction","path":["TITLE 9.
