(a) A record directly related to the use of interim license plates by a dealer must be:\n(1) made available to an investigating employee of the secretary:\n(A) upon demand; and\n(B) during reasonable business hours; and\n(2) provided:\n(A) at the established place of business of the dealer;\n(B) electronically; or\n(C) by mail.\n(b) A dealer shall produce the records in the manner requested by the investigating employee of the secretary.","path":["TITLE 9.
