(a) An application for a watercraft dealer license must:\n(1) be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of thirty dollars ($30); and\n(2) meet the requirements under IC 9-32-11-2.\n(b) An application for a license as a watercraft dealer must show whether the applicant proposes to sell new or used watercraft or both new and used watercraft.\n(c) The secretary shall retain the fee collected under this section.","path":["TITLE 9.
